Hello. I have been working as a corporate trainer, executive coach & facilitator for more than 18 years. I have been fortunate to have worked with over 140 different multi-national companies across 12 diverse industry sectors. From food and beverage (Coca-Cola) to IT & Telecomms (Huawei) to Media (Walt Disney) to Banking (Morgan Stanley) My main focus area and passion is Communication skills. As a trainer, I love to see positive change, progress and results. For me training is all about how knowledge, tips + tools can be immediately applied back to the workplace. I am bi-lingual (English & Chinese) and average feedback from my workshops stands at over 90%. I currently reside in Shanghai, China with my wife and daughter.
